1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between the baazi365 platform and its members. By using baazi365's website, mobile application, or any other channel, you fully accept every clause of these Terms.

This document has been prepared in Bengali for users in Bangladesh. In case of any linguistic ambiguity, baazi365's interpretation shall be considered final. To learn more about us, please read our About Us page.

1.1 Definitions

"Platform" — baazi365's website, app, and all associated digital channels.
"Member" or "User" — any person who has registered on baazi365 or is using its services.
"Account" — a member's personal profile created through registration.
"Funds" — the balance, bonuses, or any other credits held in a member's account.
"Bonus" — any promotional credit or reward granted by baazi365.

1.2 Applicability of Terms

These Terms, together with all separate policies associated with the platform, form a complete agreement. Our Privacy Policy is an inseparable part of these Terms and both apply together.

2 Registration and Account Management

2.1 Eligibility

To open an account on baazi365, a member must meet the following conditions:

Must be at least 21 years of age.
All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete.
One person may open only one account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
Members must register under their own name — opening an account on behalf of someone else or under a fictitious identity is not permitted.

2.2 Verification

baazi365 reserves the right to verify a member's identity, age, and the accuracy of provided information at any time. A national ID card, birth registration certificate, or similar document may be requested for this purpose. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the verification process is complete.

2.3 Account Security

The member is solely responsible for keeping their account login details secure. Sharing a password with anyone else or allowing a third party to use the account is not permitted. If unauthorised access is suspected, baazi365 support must be contacted immediately.

2.4 Account Suspension or Closure

baazi365 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

Providing false information or identity fraud.
Operating multiple accounts.
Bonus abuse or fraud.
Violation of applicable law or these Terms.
Self-exclusion at the member's own request for responsible gaming reasons.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The minimum deposit amount at baazi365 is ৳100. Accepted deposit methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Members must use a mobile banking number registered in their own name.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. The same methods apply for withdrawals — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

To submit a withdrawal request, the member's account must be fully verified. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings derived from a bonus become withdrawable only after the required wagering has been completed. Withdrawals are generally processed using the same method used for the deposit.

3.4 Suspicious Transactions

If any transaction appears suspicious, baazi365 reserves the right to place it on hold until it has been verified. Funds associated with fraudulent or dishonest transactions may be forfeited.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000, and ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.2 Other Promotions

baazi365 regularly offers various promotional deals, such as weekly reload bonuses, slot festival bonuses, cricket celebration bonuses, birthday rewards, and referral gifts. Each promotion has its own wagering conditions and validity period.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

A bonus may be claimed only once, unless the promotion states otherwise.
Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless the terms explicitly allow it.
baazi365 reserves the right to cancel any bonus it believes has been used for fraudulent purposes.
The minimum deposit condition for each promotion must be met to claim a bonus.

4.4 VIP Program Terms

VIP members receive cashback on their net weekly losses. Cashback rates are up to 0.4% at Bronze level, up to 0.8% at Silver level, up to 1.1% at Gold level, and up to 1.5% at Platinum level. Cashback is calculated on a weekly basis and applies to net losses only.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

baazi365 reserves the right to verify whether a bet has been confirmed before accepting it. If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error or unforeseen reason, the staked amount will be returned to the member's account.

5.2 Odds and Results

All odds are subject to change depending on market conditions. In the event odds change during an event, the odds at the time the bet was placed will apply. All bets are settled after the official result is announced. baazi365 reserves the right to void any bet accepted at erroneous odds.

5.3 Casino Game Terms

All casino games operate according to a set RTP (Return to Player). Game software may occasionally be interrupted due to technical issues. In such cases, settlement will be based on the latest server records.

5.4 Prohibited Conduct

Attempting to exploit software errors or vulnerabilities.
Using bots or automated software.
Collusion (coordinating with other members).
Placing bets in regular patterns to take advantage of the bonus system.
Any attempt at money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.

6 Responsible Gaming

baazi365 is committed to responsible gaming. The platform should be used for entertainment purposes only. We encourage members to play within their financial means.

Deposit limits can be set (daily, weekly, or monthly).
An account can be temporarily or permanently closed at the member's own request.
A cooling-off period can be requested.
After a self-exclusion request is submitted, a minimum of 7 days is required before it can be reversed.

8 Intellectual Property

The baazi365 website, logo, design, software, graphics, and all content are the intellectual property of baazi365 or associated parties. Reproducing, copying, distributing, or using this content commercially without prior permission is prohibited.

The games displayed on the platform are owned by their respective game developers. Their names and logos are trademarks of the respective companies and are used for identification purposes only.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

baazi365 strives to ensure uninterrupted service, however the service may be temporarily disrupted due to maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons. baazi365 is not liable for any loss caused by such disruptions.

9.2 Third-Party Content

The platform may contain content from third-party game developers and service providers. baazi365 is not responsible for the quality or accuracy of such content.

9.3 User Responsibility

Members use the platform voluntarily and at their own risk. The financial risk of betting and gaming is borne by the member. baazi365 does not guarantee any specific winnings or profit.

10.1 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, an attempt to resolve it through the support team must be made first. baazi365's decision shall be considered final, however the member's legal rights remain unaffected.

11 Changes to Terms and Validity

baazi365 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect from the moment they are published on the platform. It is the member's responsibility to visit this page regularly to stay informed of updates.

Continued use of the platform after any change will be taken as the member's acceptance of the new terms. If any clause is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to be fully valid.
